Somehow, the barriers of language and culture seem to fade in the face of friendship.
The little things become big things, and suddenly
you're laughing like you've known them all your life.
It's strange,
the way we find love so strange,
when it is really so very easy.
The connection that we create is
limitless, and soon
we forget about the bodies of water that initially kept us apart.
